Our client is a Fortune 100 global technology company that operates multiple large-scale e-commerce stores that run on legacy systems. They wanted to improve customer experience and scalability with a modern e-commerce infrastructure that could support multiple business units. In addition, they wanted to launch a subscription store for its software solutions.

Streamlined operations, enhanced branding and a scalable e-commerce framework set our client up for growth.

Other challenges included revamping a parts store that’s essential for B2B customers and resellers. The store lacked features like catalog and content management and relied heavily on API processes. The subscription experience was also fragmented, with limited online capabilities.

Action

We built a fully integrated digital environment using Adobe Commerce to unify our client’s online storefronts. This new e-commerce platform supports multiple storefronts within a single system, reducing the need for separate maintenance and enabling seamless scalability.

The platform was customized and personalized to meet the branding requirements of different business units while maintaining a consistent infrastructure.

Internal API-based solutions were integrated, allowing business units to create their own presentation layers while utilizing a shared commerce engine.

We rebuilt the parts store and replaced the outdated legacy system using Adobe Commerce's built-in catalog, content, and marketing tools.

To deliver a complete online subscription management experience, a subscription store was developed for our client’s software products.
