Participate in business discussions with primary stakeholders to gather information around the changes and expectations of the project.

Understand the system dependencies and technical aspects required to implement the features.

Refine the assigned features by integrating details such as the description, scope, impacts, and definition of done.

Elevate concerns to the program team, enabling appropriate measures to be implemented for mitigating impacts.

Conduct daily standup meetings with offshore team members ensuring work is delivered per business requirement.

Participate in Production loads to ensure that the quality products are delivered.

Apply statistical techniques to do analysis and create models.

Create UML models such as Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams and Process Flow Diagrams

Analyse the business case and document system level requirements.

Evaluate the current system architecture and required changes.

Grooming and prioritizing user stories by defining the severity, criticality, and timelines.

Perform usability/functional testing on new product development to identify defects and bugs.

Communicate project information to stakeholders.

Creating decouple plans for the new features to ensure smooth functioning in case of integration failures.

Analyse business organizational systems, marketing trends and implement business strategies. Analyse business process, tracking and planning of software projects

Oversee the execution of key features on content modernization to accelerate efficiency of content creation and speed-to-market.

Conducting Gap analysis workshops to identify the gaps (Technical & Requirement) between existing and proposed systems.

Identifying the Risks and Dependencies during Program Increment to help teams plan better and minimize the impacts.

Creating flow diagrams / documentations encompassing information on data flow across different levels and involved process.

Converting the complex business requirements into smaller and easy to understand requirements.

Oversee various search engine optimization features to drive traffic an improve visibility on search engines.

Support features to provide a seamless experience between content and applications through key integrations.

Validating and verifying user stories and defect for correctness and completeness.

Job Requirements: Required Bachelors or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, MIS, Engineering (Any), or any related field + 5 years of experience in the job offered, Business Specialist, Business Manager, Lead Engineer, Business Analyst, or related. Must be able to travel/relocate to various client sites throughout the US.

Location of Work: Infogain Corporation, 5550 Granite Parkway, Suite 100, Plano, TX 75024.

Salary Range: $132,933/Year to $145,000/Year.
