ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
This position is for Software Developer.
Analyze business requirements, collaborate with stakeholders, and design scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise needs.
Develop, test, deploy, and maintain applications using Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and system integrations.
Prepare and review technical design documents, architecture diagrams, and deployment models to support complex business requirements.
Manage the full software development lifecycle, including automated builds, deployments, defect resolution, UAT support, and post-deployment maintenance.
Configure and support Salesforce applications while ensuring performance optimization, data integrity, and customized reporting.
Mentor junior developers and enforce coding best practices to ensure quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
Job location: 5550 Granite Pkwy., Suite 100, Plano, TX 75024 and other unanticipated worksites throughout the United States. No travel and/or telecommuting.
This position requires a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Engineering (any branch), Information Technology, Systems/Technology Management or Computer/Management Information Systems plus five (5) years of experience as Software/Salesforce Engineer, Software/Salesforce Developer, Systems/Application Analyst, Technical Lead or related position. Foreign education equivalent accepted.
