ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Role Overview
Lead discovery workshops with CIO-level stakeholders and Architecture teams
Assess end-to-end PSA and Order-to-Cash architecture including Salesforce, NetSuite/OpenAir, Ironclad, and Boomi
Identify opportunities to simplify, consolidate, or retire systems and processes
Evaluate impacts to billing, revenue, and RCA
Provide executive-ready recommendations and future-state principles
Key Skills & Experience
15+ years of IT experience with strong enterprise / data architecture background
Proven experience in application portfolio rationalization
Strong understanding of PSA and Order-to-Cash processes
Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite/OpenAir, CLM tools, and integration platforms
Excellent stakeholder facilitation and consulting skills
Nice to Have
RCA or finance system exposure
Prior consulting or advisory experience
