Must have experience:

- Provide expert-level support for application and system issues, resolving incidents and service requests in a timely and efficient manner.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to .NET C# applications and SQL databases.

- Perform development activities, including coding, debugging, and testing, when required.

- Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve system performance and stability.

- Being skilled in API usage, command-line interface, and SDKs for writing applications.

- Maintain and update technical documentation to ensure knowledge sharing within the team.

- Work closely with other IT teams to ensure smooth system integration and uptime.

- Adhere to SLAs and ensure timely resolution of issues.

- Participate in root cause analysis and post-incident reviews.

Good to have experience:

- Experience in configuring and managing GCP services such as Compute Engine, App Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL ,Cloud Functions and Memory store for Redis, Cloud load balancer, VPC, Cloud firewalls, Cloud armor, Cloud Monitoring, Cloud Secret Manager.

- Developing, deploying & debugging cloud applications.

Key Requirements:

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in .NET C# development.

- Strong experience with SQL databases (design, queries, and optimization).

- Familiarity with Azure cloud services is a plus.

Experience:

- 6-8 years of relevant experience in IT support, development, or a similar technical role.

Soft Skills:

- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
