ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Flutter developers.
Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and foster best practices.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams to align goals.
Technical Ownership
Architect and design mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
Ensure performance optimization, scalability, and maintainability of apps.
Integrate with REST APIs and WebSockets for real-time communication.
Project Delivery
Plan sprints, allocate tasks, and ensure timely delivery of features.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the team.
Maintain documentation and enforce coding standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
10+ years of mobile development experience, with at least 2+ years in Flutter.
Strong knowledge of Dart, Flutter widgets, state management (Bloc, Provider, Riverpod).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and app deployment (Play Store/App Store).
Familiarity with Firebase, push notifications, and analytics integration.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C).
Prior experience leading distributed teams.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
