• IntelliBuild
  This framework allows Infogain to develop a fully automated build platform for any software product that has multiple modules and several developers working on it. In such environment, it is necessary that build process has zero dependence on human being while executing the build or while resolving the errors that might occur due to bad code introduced by some developer. Intellibuild framework allows the build to be initiated and performed in fully automated fashion. If there are failures during the build process, the log files are analyzed and concerned module lead is informed through the automated process.
  
  
• InfoART
  This framework allows QA engineers to develop automated regression test suite using keywords instead of writing a script. This reduces the effort and skills required to develop the automated test suite and reduces its maintenance costs
  
  
• Multi-channel Support Platform
  This framework enables a software company to quickly develop a support platform that will allow its customers to report problems through multiple channels - web, email, chat, and phone. The support platform has a searchable knowledge base so that the customers can themselves search solutions to their problems. The framework also allows generation of analytical reports to measure the performance of the support team.

  We have developed a framework and re-usable code to develop adaptors to interact with common back-end systems like Peoplesoft, SAP, Oracle Apps, Siebel. This framework allows quick development of a fully functional adaptor between these systems and your product.

  We have developed a representative enterprise installer that includes industry best practices. This representative installer code can be used to guide the design and development of a professional class installer for any software product.
  
  
• Internationalization Factory
  In this factory, we modify the code so that it can support multiple languages and then we localize the code for the languages that are required to be supported. We have a comprehensive methodology to test the internationalized code.
