Business Challenges
- Quality Assurance testing for the software product was manually intensive and time consuming. This resulted in delays to both major releases and service releases of the product.
- Knowledge transfer in the testing process was not as efficient as the client wanted. Test cases were difficult to understand. Therefore, quality of the testing process was heavily dependent on the knowledge of the tester. It impeded progress and added to overall testing time, with each tester retaining varying levels of knowledge for each test.
