Kapil Nanda founded Infogain in 1990 after years of extensive management experience acquired during his association with industry pioneers like Burroughs, Intel, and Altos Computer. With nearly three decades of experience in the technology industry, he is in a unique position to navigate the challenges enterprises face when integrating multiple generations of systems and applications as part of their business strategies. Mr. Nanda holds a bachelor's degree in engineering from Punjab University, India, a master's degree from the University of Kansas, and a master's degree in business administration from the University of Southern California.
Dean Wohlwend
Chief Financial Officer
Dean Wohlwend boasts two decades of experience in finance and 14 years of management experience in the high technology domain. As chief financial officer he oversees the strategic planning, outside investment, and growth plans for Infogain. Prior to joining Infogain, Dean held several senior executive positions including vice president of finance and administration and CFO for Synacom Technology, and senior director of finance, Synopsys. He also served in senior financial positions at MIPS Computer Systems, Varian Associates, and Amdahl Corporation. A certified public accountant, Dean acquired his bachelor's degree in accounting at Central Washington University and a master's degree in business administration at Golden Gate University.
Major General S. K. Nanda - AVSM
Chairman, Infogain India
After a long and distinguished Service in the Army, where he was awarded an AVSM, by the President Of India,Maj Gen S.K.Nanda, took upon himself the task of setting up Infogain India Pvt Ltd ,a fully owned subsidiary of Infogain Corporation USA, in the year 1996.
Under his inspiring vision, leadership and exceptional abilities, Infogain India grew in strength and ability and is today considered one the most exciting places to work in. Unassuming with a quiet determination, the General is a known motivator and with an excellent understanding of human dynamics. As a Chief Mentor and given his Service background, he has helped create and grow an enviable work environment and culture besides nurturing Infogain India into a Company with a 'heart'.
Eddie Chandhok
President, Global Delivery Organization
Eddie Chandhok has over 15 years of experience in the IT Industry. He is responsible for the smooth functioning of Infogain’s Global Delivery Organization chartered with providing high-quality consulting and software services to all Infogain clients globally. He brings a wide knowledge of global IT practices and processes. Additionally, he manages Infogain’s Centers of Excellence.
Eddie has been a part of the consulting community for over 15 years working with Fortune 500 companies across 4 continents and 10 countries. Prior to Infogain, he spent 9 years with Ernst and Young and Cap Gemini. He has an engineering degree from BITS, Pilani and an MBA Degree from The University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
Glenn Gramling
Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing
Glenn Gramling brings to Infogain nearly two decades of extensive industry experience in domestic and international environments including sales, business development, global marketing, and strategic relationship management. As senior vice president of sales and marketing, Glenn manages all of Infogain's sales and marketing functions, including business development and strategic planning, helping to drive continued growth in the company's core consulting services and assisting with the company's expansion. Prior to joining Infogain, Glenn was director of strategic marketing at Seagate Technologies. Glenn also worked at Hewlett-Packard for over 15 years in various senior sales and marketing positions, and he served as vice president of business development and sales functions at both HiFive.net, Inc. and NOCpulse, Inc. He received his bachelor's degree from Purdue University in industrial management, with a minor in computer science.

Rakesh Goel
Vice President, Software Verticals
Rakesh Goel has been in the software development industry for nearly two decades, specializing in defining and developing engineering solutions for software product companies. For over 10 years he has worked with these companies in the areas of databases, software tools, packaged applications, and industry-specific software solutions. Rakesh currently manages the software vertical group within Infogain; in this role he is responsible for creating value for Infogain's software product clients in product development, quality, support, and services. Prior to joining Infogain, Rakesh worked for 12 years with Tata Unisys in India, where he was responsible for multiple large-size offshore software development programs - from their definition to the implementation phase. Rakesh received his master's degree in electrical engineering from University of Saskatchewan, Saskatoon, Canada.
Rajiv Munshi
Vice President, Strategic Accounts and Southwest Region
Rajiv Munshi is responsible for business growth and client services for Infogain’s Strategic accounts as well as clients in the Southwest region. He is also responsible for Infogain’s CRM initiatives. Previously, Rajiv managed Infogain’s CRM and Application Management practices where he was instrumental in developing company’s’ CRM capabilities and acquiring several key clients. Rajiv has over 23 years of global IT consulting experience with several software services companies. Prior to Infogain, Rajiv worked as Vice President of Delivery at Virtusa Corp. where he managed delivery for several clients. Rajiv also worked with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) in several management positions, including managing TCS’s middle-east operation in Bahrain and consulting engagements in Singapore and India. Prior to TCS, Rajiv worked with Wipro and carried out various software services engagements. Rajiv has a degree in Electronics Engineering from MS University, India.
Cliff Bell
Chief Information Officer
Cliff Bell is the Chief Information Officer for Infogain Corporation. Mr. Bell joins Infogain from Phoenix Technologies where he was CIO from 2002 until 2006. He was also Vice President and Chief Information Officer at two Internet startup companies from 1999 to 2002. From 1997 to 1999, Mr. Bell served as Regional IT Director at Iomega Corporation based in Singapore and has held IT management positions at Bay Networks and Apple Computer. He earned an undergraduate degree in mathematics from Wabash College and an M.B.A. in finance from Purdue University's Krannert School of Management.
Mr. Bell is also a member of the board for the Providence Foundation of San Francisco and for the professional Businesswomen of California. In addition to his responsibilities as CIO, Cliff brings his considerable global IT experience to Infogain’s clients. He regularly speaks on key topics concerning the future of IT organizations and technology direction. He is also an advisor to high tech startups including Itgroundwork, Jaspersoft, and Spikesource
Dr.Hemen Goswami
Chief Technology Officer
Dr. Hemen Goswami has about 18 years of engineering, research, and project management experience. He joined Infogain in September 2003. Prior to joining Infogain, he worked with the National University of Oman as a visiting Faculty in Information Engineering Department. Before that he spent several years in GE at Engineering Design and Development Center, Bangalore, and Train Management Systems of GE transportation, Florida, USA. During his stint with GE Transportation, he worked with the core architecture of a large-scale computer aided train dispatch and control system.
Hemen did his BS in Electronics from Gauhati University, MS and PhD in Electrical Engineering, both from Florida Institute of Technology, USA. He has published several papers in national and international conferences and journals in areas of data compression, algorithms, software engineering, and software computational techniques. He has written a book chapter on optimal algorithm. He was on the technical program committee of the IFIP and IEEE Conference on Network Control and Engineering for QoS, Security, and Mobility 2003 held in Muscat, Oman. He is the co-chair of the session titled "Software Quality, Maintainability, Management and Estimation," in the IASTED conference on Software Engineering and Applications, held in Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA.
Ray Allen
VP & General Manager, Retail Business Practice
Ray Allen is part of Infogain’s executive team and working as the head of its Retail Business Unit. In this role, Allen is leading Infogain's retail division, which is dedicated to producing high-quality store and enterprise solutions for retailers and product engineering services for top retail software companies (www.infogain.com/retail.jsp).
Ray previously headed the Product division for 360Commerce prior to the acquisition by Oracle. In his role as Sr. VP - Product Development at 360Commerce, Ray was instrumental in re-organizing the development organization and implementing a new development methodology to improve quality and predictability. He also introduced three new products while at 360Commerce.
Prior to his role with 360Commerce and Oracle Retail, Ray was with The Home Depot where he served in a management capacity for over a decade, with the last three years as Director of Store Solutions. Ray's broad background and expertise go beyond technology management and include the setting of the comprehensive vision and strategy for IT organizations in the retail industry.
Pankaj Shankar
Global Head - HR and RMG
Pankaj Shankar, Global Head - HR and Resource Management Group, is passionate about HR and has spent the last seventeen years committed to improving people management in the changing IT scene. His philosophy of ensuring equal opportunity, professional development, employee-oriented events and transparency helps keep employees happy and satisfied.
Pankaj excels in helping employees bond and is a true people's person. He has been instrumental in setting up high standards of people practices and a performance-driven culture across the organization. Under his guidance and leadership WWF (Work with Fun) activities are gaining momentum in leaps and bounds at Infogain.
Under his leadership recently Infogain has been rated top 15 exciting emerging IT/BPO companies to work for in India based on an August/September 2007 Nasscom survey.
Pankaj brings rich experience from companies like Hindalco Industries, Nucleus Software, and netCustomer. A management graduate from Institute of Management Technology, Pankaj also holds a postgraduate diploma in personnel management and business management as well.
