Job Description:
- Genesys CTI Installation and configuration experience of 4 plus years
- Should know Genesys installation, configuration, and developing routing strategy
- Installing and configuring T Server, Stat Server, URS, CC Pulse
- Should know at least 2 (more the better) of the following areas within Genesys - inbound, outbound, IVR (Interactive Voice Response), GVP (Genesys Voice Portal), WFM (Work Force Management), Internet suite (email/chat/co-browsing), Genesys reporting
