Position Summary:
Drive sales in the India – Western Region and Middle East Market. Own and achieve team quota and personal quota. Champion opportunities in the organization on behalf of sales team members and support team members at various points in the sales cycle. Drive sales strategy and oversee lead generation activity.
Experience of around 7 yrs in IT software and services. Selling Experience in ERP product and solutions, DBA services and corporate training sales experience is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Understand Infogain’s software services and solutions for software product companies and IT organization.
- Define target markets.
- Give presentations on Infogains service offering.
- Probe and understand customer needs and customer budgets.
- Develop compelling proposals to address customer pain-points with the help from technical team.
- Present proposals and subsequent follow-up to win the business.
- Develop and grow relationships with C level executives to grow the business.
- Own and achieve team quota and personal quota.
- Champion opportunities in the organization on behalf of sales team members and support team members at various points in the sales cycle.
- Oversee partner and alliance activity.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Demonstrated initiative and sales performance.
- Experience and understanding of international software services market place.
- B.Tech and/or MBA from a premier institute with 6+ years of direct sales experience.
- 5+ years in selling software services in India and Middle East region.
- Experience in generating leads, managing opportunities, and closing business.
- Experience in making and presenting proposals.
