5+ years of relevant industry or consulting experience required along leading couple of Oracle BPEL (Fusion) integration projects
Experience as technical lead on Oracle eBusiness projects with in-depth knowledge of Applications interfaces, customizations and workflow modifications
Oracle Fusion Middleware platform including BPEL, BPM BAM etc
Oracle RDBMS 9i/10g database and exposure to Grid computing concepts
Database design; data modeling (logical design) Database creation;
Understanding of tools to manipulate data Backup and Recovery Principles Performance Tuning
A strong technical background, experience in system architecture, object-oriented design, web frameworks and patterns.
4+ years of developing and maintaining web applications in a Java/J2EE Relational Database (Oracle preferred) environment
